Terms and Conditions

*RESERVATIONS*
To secure a reservation, a 30 percent deposit is required. Balance is due upon arrival. Payment may be made by check, money order or most major credit cards

*PAYMENT SCHEDULE*
A Deposit of 30% of the cost of your stay is required at time of booking.
Final Payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
For trips planned within 60 days of departure, full payment is due upon booking.

*CANCELLATION POLICY*
Cancellations must be received in writing and balance is refundable up to 60 days prior to your arrival. *After 60 days the balance is refundable only if your space is rebooked.*

*SMOKING POLICY*
In the interest of all our guests, the lodge and cabins are a smoke-free zone. For those who wish to smoke the decks are available.

*PET POLICY*
In the interest of the other animals at the lodge (horses), please leave your pets at home.
