QUEST ADVENTURE WEEK
Upper Canyon Outfitters (UCO) welcomes you to our 2010 outdoor adventure week. Last year we EXPANDED on our women’s week program, and changed the name to “Quest Week” what a success! This week has become one of our most popular programs – not only by the guests, but by the UCO crew as well. Every year our guests uncover the wealth of creativity, skills, talent and wisdom already inside us. Relax, Rejuvenate, Challenge and Pamper Yourself. Quest week offers a variety of activities that cater to your mind, body and spirit. Our skilled instructors will take you deeper into a wilderness experience, outdoor awareness, animal communication, stress relieving classes, hiking, fly fishing, horseback skills, and meditation to name just a few. We support each of you with the activities you want to participate in, to developing your own personal goals.
Who are Quest Participants?
Our typical Quest guests are women between the ages of 20-65. They enjoy nature, hiking, willing to learn new experiences and listen to their heart. Some of our guests travel alone, but others may share the experience with friends, mothers, daughters, or sisters. Many have come with their husbands, while the ladies are enjoying Quest the husbands enjoy fly fishing. Men are also welcome.
The Setting:
UCO has been a family operated ranch located in the upper Ruby Valley of SW Montana, since our grandfather homesteaded here in 1910. The ranch is nestled between three beautiful mountain ranges, with the Ruby River meandering through the property. We pride ourselves in offering you western hospitality, breath taking scenery and first-class accommodations. We would like to share with you not only our ranch that sits at 6000 feet, lush forest, soaring peaks to 10,000 feet and breathtaking scenery, but also our commitment to quality by providing a truly unforgettable Montana experience.

Why do Quest Adventure?
Many of our guests have told us they like the Quest Adventure with UCO, because it truly is a vacation out of the ordinary, while they challenged themselves by learning new skills. It was not only physically active; it opened their eyes and mind to the natural and spiritual world around them, it made them stop and think that there is more to life than 9 – 5 and what society deems important. They enjoyed making new friends, laughing and relaxing. Many have even told us it helped them with what they desired in life and how to accomplish those goals.
